Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
We would like to invite you to celebrate Christmas and usher in the New Year with us again this year.
The celebration has been adapted this year out of concern for everyone's safety and comfort due to the large attendance in previous years.
Christmas walk
December 27
2.30pm- starting from the Nativity scene on Donkey Meadow
3.15pm- starting from the Garden Pavilion
The walk will last about an hour and will be marked along the way by the Christmas story, a performance by De Betties and the discovery of ‘to be is to weave’.
After the walk, we would like to raise a glass with you at the Nativity scene.
To Be Is To Weave
Auction of Christmas orbs
December 24 to 31

We invited artists to personalise 24 Christmas orbs. Each day of Advent, a new orb will be displayed in the showcase of the atelier pension. Between Christmas and New Year, these special creations will be auctioned off to realise the weaving art work*.
You will follow the personalised spheres from December 1st on the website.

Philosophy
A philosophy or way of thinking allows us to look beyond our purview and enables us to reflect on what we do not notice at first sight. We start from the assumption that people with dementia have a rich and intense inner life. Every human experience contains a most individual inner truth, and this inner truth unveils a most individual perception. Each personal story is unique and invites the other to listen and to reflect on their own desires, fears and mortality.
